Therefore we’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to supercharge our front end software development and help us build AI tools that clinicians can’t live without.

The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Frontend) reporting to our CTO to join our engineering team working on the Medical AI Scribe platform.

A Software Engineer responsible for the execution of the front end features, with a deep technical understanding and how it translates to representing user needs.

You will have operated in a hyper growth startup with experience building SaaS products. You will also have a deep understanding of the key challenges engineers face and a firm grasp on design principles in prioritizing key features and capabilities. Your superpower is how to bridge the gap between technical specifics and business needs effortlessly and turn high-level designs into real-world solutions.

You thrive in challenging situations, and you appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment. You are quick to grasp the nuances and complexities of developing an AI product healthcare internationally.

What you'll do:

Ultimately you will have the opportunity to work with the engineering mastermind behind Heidi developing Heidi AI products which will change the face of healthcare

Autonomously deliver beautiful & robust code with considerations on code structure design and scalability.

Collaborate with the team to solve exciting technical problems and grow quickly.

Conduct research and implement best engineering best practices.

Deepdive into weird edge cases and solve hard & tiny problems for our users.

What we'll look for:

Strong sense of ownership & strong problem-solving.

A focus on fast delivery with quality.

The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team.

Experience/Familiarity with React, React Query, Next.js.

Experience with React Native is a bonus.
