About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and professional service advisor who understands premium brands and the importance of providing excellent customer service with every customer interaction.

Reporting to the Ducati Service Manager, this position is responsible for providing superior customer service in our fast-paced service workshop at our state-of-the art service facilities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end service experience including booking appointments, greeting customers, and assisting with merchandise sales.
• Maintaining a smooth-running efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Diagnosing problems accurately and clearly describing them on the repair order.
• Estimating costs and completion times at the point of sale and clearly communicate them to customers.
• Allocating jobs to technicians based on skill level and resource utilisation.
• Reviewing work-in-progress to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Making estimates for repairs.

Our ideal candidate:

• 2 years Automotive or Motorcycle Service Advisor experience.
• Must be an avid motorcyclist.
• A full, current, valid motorcycle license.
• Great character, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Strive to deliver the ultimate Ducati service experience to our valued customers.
