As Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring that all service activities run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally, while upholding the positive reputation of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to every customer, ensuring a high standard of care and satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the service team, driving performance and results.
• Oversee the daily operations of the busy service department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Manage workshop capacity and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
