What We’re Looking For:

  • You’re an experienced Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager looking to make an impact.
  • Customer satisfaction is your top priority. You know how to make every customer feel special.
  • You have a strong focus on results, quality, and exceptional service.
  • Communication is your strength – whether it’s talking to customers or collaborating with your team.
  • You’re highly organised, thrive under pressure, and have strong time management skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Customer Service Management: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, managing service appointments, and resolving customer concerns promptly.
  • Team Supervision: Support the Service Manager in leading and training service advisors, technicians, and other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Scheduling & Workflow Coordination: Coordinate and prioritise service appointments and work orders to maximize productivity and minimize customer wait times, ensuring timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Parts and Inventory Management: Assist in managing parts inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that required parts are available for scheduled services and repairs, contributing to smooth operational flow.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Monitor service repairs to ensure quality standards are met, adhering to manufacturer specifications and dealership policies, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain consistent communication with customers about service progress, repairs, estimated costs, and timelines, offering recommendations for additional services when necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining accurate service records, processing warranty claims, managing invoices, and ensuring proper documentation for all service transactions.
  • Performance Reporting: Track service department performance, including revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics, and provide reports to the Service Manager to support decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Work one Saturday per month (8 am – 12 pm) to support the team and keep everything running smoothly.
