What You’ll Do:

Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, and working with our Google ad buyer.

Strategically plan and execute campaigns that drive real ROI across e-commerce and DTC funnels.

Deeply understand and analyze campaign data to optimize performance daily.

Collaborate with creative and web teams to ensure ads and landing pages align and convert.

Build out full-funnel strategies that incorporate retargeting, prospecting, and LTV-focused campaigns.

Own performance reporting, insights, and suggestions for continued growth.

Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and innovations in paid media.

What You Bring:

Proven experience managing 7-figure ad accounts—ideally in e-commerce or DTC.

Strong data analysis skills and the ability to turn insights into action.

Deep understanding of attribution, tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, UTM structures, etc.).

Experience working with landing pages—knowing what converts, how to test, and how to optimize.

Ability to work collaboratively with creative, tech, and leadership teams.

Obsessed with performance. You know what good results look like, and you chase them.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with tools like Triple Whale

CRO knowledge or experience with A/B testing

Agency background or in-house DTC brand experience
