We’re looking for a highly organised, unflappable Transport Coordinator to join our Kalgoorlie based team. This isn’t your stock-standard admin gig — you’ll be right in the thick of the action, planning and coordinating the movement of freight with a calm, steady hand.

The Job
As our Transport Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations. Here’s how you’ll spend your day:

Scheduling drivers and transport jobs like a boss—efficient, accurate, and always one step ahead

Using our systems (job sheets, manifests, dockets) to keep the paper trail crisp and compliant

Liaising with everyone from clients to subcontractors, making sure each move goes off without a hitch

This role’s about more than just admin. It’s about owning your space, being accountable, and bringing your best to a tight-knit team that values follow-through over fluff. The Transport Coordinator demands focus, confidence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

You
You’re proactive, solutions-focused and bring structure to chaos. You’ll likely have:

Have solid scheduling experience (ideally in transport or similar industries)

Are wildly organised, confident with tech (Microsoft 365, Google Docs), and communicate like a pro

The ability to juggle priorities without losing your cool or your attention to detail

WA Driver’s Licence and current Police Clearance required.
