Coffee on Cue is looking for a Head Driver Barista to oversee our event logistics, equipment management, inventory stock management, and driver recruitment and training while ensuring our coffee service runs seamlessly.

Coffee on Cue delivers mobile coffee carts for events and a growing workplace coffee offering, including office coffee machines and in-house barista services, across Sydney and Melbourne. We are well-established in the corporate events space, but our workplace coffee services are rapidly growing, and we’re looking to scale this side of the business.

Now, we’re on the lookout for a Head Driver Barista to help us scale our operations and take our logistics and asset management to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

Event Logistics & Coordination – Deliver and set up coffee carts, stock, and equipment for events and office coffee clients.

Asset Management – Maintain and oversee company vans, coffee machines, and event gear, ensuring everything is operational.

Installations & Maintenance – Set up, service, and troubleshoot office coffee machines at client sites.

Driver Recruitment – Recruit new casual drivers with the support of the Operations Manager.

Team Training & Leadership – Train and mentor new drivers, ensuring smooth operations and high standards.

HQ & Stock Management – Keep HQ organised and stocked, managing inventory and orders, ready for seamless event execution.

Coffee Service – Jump in to serve coffee at events when required, delivering a high-quality experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in logistics, event operations, or asset management.

Experience in recruitment, training and onboarding of staff.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

A valid driver’s licence (experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus!).

Physically capable of lifting and moving coffee machines and equipment.

Great communication and leadership skills to train and coordinate teams.
