Role Overview:

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in IT service delivery to oversee a range of complex projects.

This role will support growth in key markets such as Hospital and Retail pharmacy.

Candidates can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. You are able to work 2 days a week from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale projects and programs across ANZ to meet objectives.

• Experience in Hospital Software Applications, EMR, HL7 messaging

• Prioritize customer experience, ensuring all interactions are positive, professional, and solution-oriented.

• Maintain clear, concise, and responsive communication with various organizational levels and complex teams.

• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance project success.

• Provide support to customers in the design, delivery, and implementation of medication management solutions.

• Contribute to business growth and develop a best-in-class project implementation team.

• Oversee all technical, application, installation, and training components of product upgrades and implementations.

• Ensure projects meet established timelines and revenue objectives by actively monitoring progress and addressing any potential issues.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Project Management across Healthcare and Clinical IT Projects (preferable).

• Knowledge of IT systems, software, and equipment projects.

• Proven ability to manage complex and dynamic projects.

• Strong stakeholder management skills at various levels.

• Exceptional communication skills to lead project teams and collaborate effectively.

• Ability to manage risks and timelines to ensure timely project completion.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at problem-solving.

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

• PMP certification or similar qualifications preferred. Experience with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet) is a plus.
