About the Company:

Our client is a market leader in geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring solutions, providing high-quality products to the civil, infrastructure, and construction sectors. With a strong reputation for innovation and customer service, they are now seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow their presence across Sydney and NSW.

About the Role:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the civil, construction, and infrastructure industries. You will work with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to provide tailored solutions that meet their geotechnical instrumentation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Sydney and NSW.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including engineers, contractors, and project managers.

Develop sales strategies and execute them to achieve revenue targets.

Provide technical sales support and product demonstrations.

Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the geotechnical, civil engineering, construction, or related industries.

Strong technical understanding of geotechnical instrumentation or similar engineering products.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Ability to travel across NSW as required.

A relevant qualification in engineering, geotechnics, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

Benefits & Perks:

Base salary of $110k - $130k

Super at 11.5%

Fully Maintained Company Car (Car Allowance can be discussed)
