As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in shaping our marketing campaigns, driving member engagement, and strengthening our connection with the Wagga community.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns and communications through our CRM system

· Create engaging content across social media, email, SMS, and print platforms and contribute to community-focused initiatives and membership engagement programs

· Manage and analyse marketing data, including social media metrics, Google Analytics and Facebook advertising performance.

· Provide multimedia design & production support (graphic, photography and basic video)

· Manage online reputation and respond to customer reviews and inquiries

· Assist with website updates, SEO improvements and digital presence enhancement

· Analyse marketing trends and membership data to inform strategy

· Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand identity

What We’re Looking For

• A Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience in marketing, digital content creation, or advertising
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media management and email marketing
• Proficiency in marketing and design software such as Impact Data, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
