The Role

We’re on the lookout for a natural born leader. A Senior Account Manager who thrives on exceeding client expectations with their can-do, solution-oriented approach to events and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will lead their team by example, offering guidance, support and contributing to a positive agency culture.

Reporting directly to the agency founders, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring daily operations align with our long-term growth strategy. You’ll oversee a team of account managers and event producers, focusing on mentorship, development, and seamless execution of high-impact campaigns.

Who & what we’re looking for

  • Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the confidence to work autonomously while fostering a strong team culture.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strategic approach to systems and processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in live digital activation tools, virtual event platforms, and AV production, with the ability to integrate tech seamlessly into activations.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including budgeting, timeline management, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile brands and partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar) and strong data management skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or AirTable.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Confident decision-maker with sound judgment, diplomacy, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end project management for experiential marketing campaigns, live activations, and digital projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, contributing to pitches, and nurturing client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations, providing strategic counsel, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple accounts.
  • Oversee event production including budgeting, sourcing suppliers, briefing vendors, preparing run sheets, site plans, and managing on-site execution.
  • Manage digital activations by coordinating the development and implementation of interactive experiences, working with developers, designers, and tech teams.
  • Lead internal communications by working cross-functionally with creative, production, and operations teams to align on project deliverables and timelines.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the agency.
  • Ensure smooth logistics and operations, overseeing timelines, production schedules, risk management, and compliance requirements for all activations.
  • Analyze campaign success through post-event reporting, data insights, and client debriefs to refine strategies and drive future success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by bringing fresh ideas, innovative technologies, and experiential solutions to enhance client campaigns and agency offerings.

The Nitty Gritty

This is a full-time role with the option to WFH 2 days a week. Salary

Circa $90-110k remuneration package based on experience.
