We're a growing aged care & disability business looking for an experienced, proactive Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer.

You'll manage a high-volume of transactions, reconciliations, and invoicing across retail, wholesale, and NDIS/HCP accounts.

Claiming funds through the NDIS portal and establishing connections with providers is an integral part of the job and keeping the accounts side of the business under control.

The role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to occasionally step outside your primary responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable across 80+ suppliers

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Accurate data entry and invoicing using Zoho Books (training provided)

Chase overdue payments professionally from providers and also clients

Coordinate and work with associated contacts to obtain funding information

Support month-end/year-end processes

Assist with NDIS claims processing

General admin support as needed within a small team

What We're Looking For

3+ years experience in AP/AR in a complex or fast-paced environment

Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage workload independently

Flexible attitude, willing to support the team beyond core tasks

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software

NDIS/HCP experience is beneficial, but not essential
