Immediate Start - Entry Level Accounts Officer

Location: PB Seeds Pty Ltd – 1324 Blue Ribbon Road, Kalkee
Position: Accounts Officer/administration
Hours: Part time/Full time (Minimum 30 hours a Week)

Key Responsibilities:

General office tasks, including data entry and filing

Processing and reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable

Bank reconciliations

Processing online payments

Petty cash reconciliations

Responding to all accounts-related inquiries

Filing and archiving of documents

Liaising with the Accounts Manager and providing assistance

Supporting HR and payroll duties with guidance
