Step into this 2IC role within the Property & Development practice. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and support the development of junior lawyers while working closely with an experienced and supportive partner. He is highly respected by his team and has cultivated a fantastic culture!

We are looking for lawyers with 5 years + PQE with fantastic backgrounds and training. We are open to Associates looking to step up or even Senior Associates that are actively looking at progressing their career to Special Counsel. This firm is open to looking at potential career mapping based on merit so there is a clear path for growth.

You will have a breadth of property knowledge, regularly acting on transactions across a variety of property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed use, off the plan, vacant land & land subdivisions and adverse possession claims. You will be advising clients, investors and developers on all aspects of property transactions throughout their lifecycle, including real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, security documents and commercial and retail leases.
