This is an opportunity to join a fantastic mid-sized CBD firm with a proven track record for excellence in general commercial property and property development law.

Working alongside recognised and awarded Property Law experts, this role will see you working on the full gamut of commercial property matters.

This may include drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and options for purchase of land including conducting due diligence, handling planning matters at VCAT, providing structuring advice and preparing and reviewing joint ventures, partnerships, shareholder, and unit holder agreements. You will also be exposed to leasing agreements and licences of common property.

You may also be experienced in working on the preparation and review of agreements and structuring development opportunities in developments.
