Role Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring long-term success. Your duties will include:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, and end users across the Northern Suburbs of Victoria
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the residential, commercial, and industrial markets
• Presenting and demonstrating our window products to potential clients
• Offering expert advice on tailored window solutions for various projects
• Preparing detailed quotes, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
• Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support
• Traveling to client sites and managing your own schedule efficiently
• Assisting with coordination of product deliveries and installations as needed

Candidate Requirements:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual with a strong sales background. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven sales experience, preferably within the windows, building, or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of windows products and their applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
• A full Australian driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment
• Previous experience in field sales or B2B sales is highly desirable
