🎯 The Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the direct link between our clients and our creative production team. Your role will focus on driving new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring our signage solutions meet client expectations from start to finish.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets

Conduct client meetings (on-site and virtual) to assess signage needs

Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations

Work closely with our in-house designers and production team to deliver projects that align with client expectations

Manage your sales pipeline and maintain CRM records

Meet monthly sales KPIs and targets

Provide post-sale client support and encourage repeat business

👤 About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the signage industry (mandatory)

Strong understanding of signage types, materials, and production processes

Proven experience in B2B sales or signage project management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Highly motivated and driven by results

Comfortable managing client expectations and multiple projects at once

Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – helpful for communicating design ideas

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or sales tracking software

Valid driver’s licence (client visits required)
