Team of 6 - ( 2 Onshore, 4 offshore) looking to hire 2 more in the next 6-12 months. 30 in the tech team overall

-Hybrid - 2 days week in Sydney office
-Circa $180k+super
- Leading SaaS

Whilst not officially being hands-on, your main responsibility will be lead, up skill and ensure the success of your team.

Line management & goal setting (of on shore engineers) , architecture and technical project delivery;

Typical tech lead role making sure all stories have been defined. Allocation of stories to engineers. managing the sprint. 50% of their time. The other 50% will be on tools, coaching, sitting and peer programming, prototyping and solving technical unknowns. If you have the capacity to ship code then great but the primary role is to help others.

Be part of a tech stack modernisation, migration from Angular-React and Microservices.

C#, .Net, React.js and Azure ideally- AWS experience is also fine
