The current team of around 25+ are split between two agile teams spanning the two core business streams and countries.

You'll need strong hands on full stack skills across C#, .Net API's, SQL, Azure, React & Next.js ideally

80% hands on, 20% technical leadership / outcome focused of your squad

We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers with a strong background in .NET cloud web application development and solid experience with front-end development, with Next.js/React.js.

This role involves leading a small team of local and offshore developers, overseeing end-to-end project delivery, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, web-based applications.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in modern web technologies, excellent leadership capabilities, innate curiosity and a passion for achieving technical excellence.

Skills / Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in leading development teams and delivering and scaling complex projects.
• Strong cloud SaaS development experience. Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform experience advantageous
• Expertise in hands-on, full-stack development with .NET technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Experience leading offshore development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working with offshore teams.
• Proficiency in developing and enhancing full-stack web-based applications using
• technologies such as .Net, JavaScript, React, Typescript, Node.js Angular, and jQuery.
• Experience with cloud SaaS development, DevOps, continuous integration/deployment,
• and automated testing.
• Experience designing and developing robust database solutions using relational and non-relational databases.
• Optimising database performance and ensure data integrity across applications.
• Adherence to best practices in coding, security, testing and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

Role / Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on software development position, where you’ll be not only leading a team by example, but also guiding and contributing to the coding activities of the team.
• Be actively involved in the team’s delivery, including engaging in activities such as coding, root cause analysis and resolution, and peer reviews.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Risk management, identifying, assessing and managing technical risks that may impact deliverables.
• Provide technical vision and architecture, defining and evolving the overall technical specification projects.
• Contribute and collaborate in complex problem-solving discussions and architecture decisions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Drive the team towards achieving milestones with high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure the team's deliverables adhere to best practices in coding, automation, integration, testing, and security.
• Champion engineering-led quality assurance.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in technology and proactively bring innovative ideas to the team.
