Technical Product Lead - Engineering

The Role

As a Lead Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and optimising Azure-based infrastructure to support our client's organisational digital transformation. You’ll lead a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in automation, security, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

What You’ll Do

Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable Azure cloud environments.
Lead a small team of cloud engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Implement Azure networking, security, and governance best practices.
Monitor and optimise Azure workloads for cost, performance, and availability.
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and software teams to deliver robust cloud solutions.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Proven experience in Azure Cloud Engineering and solution design.
🔹 Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring engineers.
🔹 Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.
🔹 Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Serverless technologies.
🔹 Deep knowledge of Azure security, identity management (Azure AD), and compliance frameworks.
🔹 Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
🔹 Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
