Job Title: Project Manager – Callista Learning Management System (LMS) Upgrade

PSG are working with an Education provider in Perth as they seek to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee the upgrade of their Callista Learning Management System. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a significant project that will impact their students.

Position Overview:
As a hands-on Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Callista LMS upgrade project. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, academic departments, and external stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires both technical understanding and leadership to manage the upgrade and implementation of the LMS effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle of the Callista LMS upgrade, from planning and design to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define project goals, timelines, and requirements.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource allocation.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, risks are mitigated, and issues are promptly addressed.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project.
• Ensure the seamless integration of new features and functionalities into the existing Callista LMS system.
• Coordinate user training and provide support during the transition to the upgraded system.
• Maintain project documentation, including project charters, progress reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
• Manage change control processes and ensure that project changes are documented and communicated effectively.
