About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and results-driven Territory Manager to join our recently expanded field sales team.

As a Territory Manager, you’ll represent multiple leading brands across independent retailers in the Brisbane North territory. Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships, drive sales to achieve targets and uphold high standards in execution and compliance of in-store activity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow sales within independent retailers across your designated territory.

- Develop strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.

- Present, promote, and merchandise multiple brands to maximize in-store impact.

- Identify sales opportunities and negotiate deals to increase distribution and off location activities.

- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to the leadership team.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

- Sales experience in FMCG, field sales, or independent retail channels.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (travel within the territory required).
