The Role
As an Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer, you’ll manage both incoming and outgoing transactions to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices and reconciling accounts
• Managing receivables, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding payments
• Preparing payment runs and handling supplier queries
• Assisting with end-of-month financial reporting and reconciliations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in both accounts payable and receivable (or strong expertise in one with a willingness to learn the other)
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• A qualification in accounting or finance is beneficial but not required—equivalent experience is highly valued
