Key Responsibilities;

Set up and operate audio and video equipment, including cameras, RodeCaster Pro and ATEM Vision Hardware.

Assist clients with technical requirements during their recording sessions, ensuring a seamless experience.

Record and manage live video podcasts, handling both audio and video requirements

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of studio equipment, addressing any technical issues promptly.

Film, edit and present social content for This Is A Studio and end clients

Ensure the studio environment is clean, organised and fully prepared for each booking

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their session.

Requirements;

Intermediate skills with DSLR Cameras, basic audio and video equipment.

Proficient with both iOS and PC

Quick problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Availability for some out of business hours work.

Excellent customer service skills; experience in hospitality is a bonus.
