What you'll be doing

Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information about our products and services

Process customer orders, bookings, and other transactions accurately

Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions

Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and escalate feedback to management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the transport or logistics/freight forwarding industry

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computer software

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
