This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP on a 6-month contract.

About the Role

• Customer Support: Assist customers in-person and over the phone, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle data entry and manage documentation.
• System Use: Learn and use specific software to process customer requests.
• Communication: Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and in-person.
• Compliance: Follow internal policies and procedures.
• Adaptability: Quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Initial Full-time Training (Monday-Friday) - 35 Hours pw

About You

• 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience
• Demonstrated experience maintaining a consistent and high standard of administrative support.
• Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The successful contractors will take part in a full time (35 hours per week) training and nesting for approximately 10 - 12 weeks. After the nesting period they will revert to their contracted hours.
