The Opportunity

Join us as a Customer Service & Office Administrator, where you’ll be the heart of our customer interactions and daily operations. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday)—perfect for someone who enjoys structure, teamwork, and making an impact.

Your Role

✅ Customer Excellence:

Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails with professionalism.

Process orders, resolve inquiries, and promote products.

Build relationships with customers through outstanding service.

✅ Operational Support:

Assist with scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks.

Maintain organized records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Collaborate with the team to meet performance goals.

Who You Are

✔ A clear communicator with fluent English.
✔ Tech-savvy (comfortable with Excel, Word, and basic systems).
✔ Detail-oriented—you take pride in accuracy and efficiency.
✔ Customer-focused—experience in retail, hospitality, or call centers is a plus!
