Recognised as a leading steel manufacturer providing innovative and effective product solutions, our client has an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop their career in a customer service position. We are seeking a candidate who is dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience.

This role will be based onsite with working hours between 7:30am -4pm, Monday - Friday. This a a full-time permanent role offering $60,000 + superannuation.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live-chat.
• Provide customer support to resolve product warranty requests.
• Providing pricing and product information
• Assist with online quotes
• Process customer orders
• Support internal sales team as required

Required skills, attributes and experience for the role:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior customer service experience
• You enjoy problem-solving and ensuring satisfactory customer outcomes
• Passed experience working with manufacturing, plumbing or technical product customer service support or sales.
• Computer literacy & ability to learn systems.
• Unlimited Australian working rights.
