Due to the ongoing growth in the company there is an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our friendly Sydney team and the company that values staff. Your new role:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be:

  • Manage and negotiate retention of existing customers
  • Assist customers with statement enquires, online registrations, payment requests, account detail changes and other support queries they may have
  • Prepare discharge payout figures with the utmost accuracy
  • Complete transactional processes with due diligence and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update customer data
  • Manage daily allocated workflow within email inbox and regular operational tasks within allocated time frames
  • Building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our customers, referral partners, internal and external stakeholders.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:-

  • 2-3 years' experience within the Financial services industry with an understanding of mortgage lending
  • Ability to work unsupervised, self-motivated, and adapt to an agile environment
  • Passion to execute premium after-sales services and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Superior negotiating and communication skills
  • Talent to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • ‘Can Do' Attitude! Ability to provide solutions & problem solve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship/customer service skills
  • A team player
