About Maternity Services Education Program (MSEP)
MSEP has facilitated pregnancy care and perinatal emergency education across regional and rural Victoria for over 19 years. The MSEP vision is to improve clinical outcomes for women and their babies through the provision of multidisciplinary education, supportive partnerships and capacity building in rural and regional maternity services.
About the role
As the MSEP Administration Officer you'll provide support to the MSEP team and coordinate systems and processes related to office administration and event management, for the department's suite of educational programs.
A regular day will see you:
• Liaise with the MSEP manager and team to complete the administrative requirements to support program deliverables
• Assist with MSEP program monitoring, evaluation and quality improvement processes by collecting, collating and analysing data and reporting as required
• Handle communications, meeting minutes, and scheduling.
About you
We are keen to engage a highly motivated administrative officer who is proactive, results oriented and takes initiative, demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in their role and team goals.
You'll bring with you:
• A qualification in administration e.g. Certificate III in Business Administration, (desirable) or relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
• Intermediate technical skills including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
