The Company

We are partnering exclusively with an Australian-owned and operated services organisation that has achieved consistent year-on-year growth, strong financial performance, and ongoing acquisitions. As their operations continue to expand in 2025, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Revenue Officer to join the team.

The Position

As the Revenue Officer, you will be reporting into the Revenue Manager, and will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Daily allocations and receipting
• Performing daily bank reconciliations
• Preparation of Invoices / Statements
• Collection Calls - phone based
• Preparing revenue reporting & forecasting
• Billings & Revenue Administrative tasks as required

About You

• Degree Qualified within Accounting / Finance or similar
• Experience using large ERPs - for example Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP
• Excel - it is essential that you are fluent with Pivot Tables & Vlookups
• Demonstrated experience within large commercial industries - Healthcare, FMCG, Professional Services
• Excellent communication skills - this position will require strong stakeholder management both in person and via phone conversations
• Inquisitive, eager to learn, strong team player and highly analytical

• Situated on the Lower North Shore, there is free off-street parking or close to busses that have frequent arrival and departures
• This is an on-site position
