Join this global FMCG business for a 12-month parental leave contract within their stable team of HR professionals. As the HRBP, you will be responsible for all HR generalist activities, with a focus on delivering training and coaching, using HRIS data to influence and guide senior stakeholders, and having full ownership of this busy national employee group. With 4 days onsite and WFH flexibility for one day, this role will allow you to step into a well-functioning, best-practice environment with strong HR systems to support you. Responsibilities:
• Management of the full employee life cycle, partnering closely with key stakeholders within your business group
• Partner with the HR Manager and senior stakeholders in the development and implementation of effective engagement and retention initiatives, using data reporting tools and analytics
• Liaise with stakeholders on annual remuneration and benefits recognition programs
• Provide sound guidance and advice to managers in relation to performance management issues and coach line managers
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure all learning and development goals are achieved by delivering key performance training and coaching sessions
Experience:
• Solid HRBP experience within larger global organisations will be highly regarded
• Experience in facilitating workshops and training programs is advantageous
• Previous experience guiding and influencing senior stakeholders
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to build global relationships quickly, manage competing deadlines and stakeholders, and prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
