Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Arcus Capital, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy. You'll originate business and residential lending and paired lending applications for broker-introduced customers. Your mission: generate revenue, build strong relationships, and promote our awesome products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Originate lending and paired lending applications for broker-introduced customers.

Generate revenue by discovering and executing customer needs.

Promote Arcus Capital's products and services to broker-introduced customers.

Make proactive calls to your broker network to build relationships and support business development.

Create broker loyalty through exceptional service delivery.

Discuss lending scenarios and structure with broker panel.

Respond to queries regarding product, policy, and process.

Manage and leverage stakeholder relationships to deliver a comprehensive, competitive, and quality service experience.
