In this role you will be involved in a wide range of complex enterprise scale projects, working within an established Project Coordination practice. You will bring your experience and knowledge, as well as polished stakeholder management skills to help uplift capability across the practice.

Salary: up to $155,000 including Superannuation, depending on experience & background
Location: Melbourne
Work Style: Hybrid (3-4 days in the office)

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Core experience in IT Project Coordination across a broad range of major enterprise scale IT projects, including Digital Software, ERP, Cloud or Transformation Projects
• Demonstrated understanding of Project financial management especially in relation to forecast management is essential.
• Demonstrated project analysis and reporting skills
• Experience using tracking tools such as Jira, Visio & MS Project
• Broad, stable industry experience across any of the following: banking, financial services, education, utilities, government, and telecoms domains
• Any Project Management qualifications, such as Prince2, PMP/PMI, ITIL are highly regarded
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management and vendor management skills
• Confident and capable to work in a solo capacity as the SME for clients, who are often unfamiliar with the tools and technologies
