The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be pivotal in delivering high-quality developments. With a strong pipeline of projects under construction, your expertise in project delivery—gained from a developer or project management consultancy—will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full development lifecycle, from concept to completion
• Coordinate project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery
• Monitor budgets, progress, and quality control measures
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.

What You Bring We’re looking for a driven professional with the following:
Project management experience based here in Melbourne.

• Degree in construction, property, or engineering
• Ability to lead pre-construction tasks and manage multiple consultants/stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with built-form projects (apartments, shopping centres, childcare, or commercial offices)
• A desire to develop leadership skills and lead PCG meetings
