About the role
As a Sub Foreman for the business you will be reporting to and working directly under the Site Manager.

Tasks include:

• programming and coordination
• WHSEQ
• subcontractor management
• Site deliveries and logistics
• Stakeholder communication
• General Site based (cleaning, protection, management)
• Quality and defects assurance

About you

• 2+ years experience as a leading hand for a Builder
• Be a team player and have a good attitude
• Prior hospitality construction experience is highly regarded
• Will look at Commercial, High-End residential and fit-out backgrounds
• Illustrate ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Competent in administrative tasks, i.e. OH&S paperwork and other government requirements
