Established in 1999, this Multi-Disciplinary Commercial Builder is best known for Insurance works amongst the Melbourne Market.
Now, due to internal growth, this builder is moving into the Commercial Industry working on $200k - $4m commercial new builds and refurbishments.
Backed by their Engineering arm, this builder is extremely flexible in approach, with full autonomy provided and support from leaders in the business.

Role:
Employed as the HSEQ Coordinator, you will promote and lead Work Health and Safety awareness to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
You will have the responsibilities of running the ISO 45001 accreditation for this business.
Your core responsibilities will be:

• Enforcing and maintaining HSEQ policies and procedures
• Incident Management & Prevention
• Conducting audits
• Monitoring compliance
• Training and developing staff
• Ensuring all documents and records are up to speed

Please note - Travel is required within this role with a fleet vehicle provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum Cert IV in WHS
• 1+ years of WHS experience within construction
• Experience working on Commercial projects is essential
• Demonstrative experience managing and obtaining the ISO 45001 Accreditation process
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills
• Unlimited Australian working rights
