We are seeking an Implementation Consultant / Project Manager to lead Aurion implementations across various departments. This role involves requirements gathering, system configuration, testing support, training, and go-live execution.
Ideal for someone with a strong payroll and finance background looking to advance into consulting and project management. Experience with Aurion Payroll or Synergetic is highly preferred but not mandatory.
About You:
- Experience with Aurion Payroll or Synergetic (preferred but not required).
- Strong background in payroll and finance, with an interest in consulting and project management.
- Prior experience in schools as a Payroll Specialist or similar role is a plus.
- Solid understanding of payroll system functionalities and configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage low-complexity projects independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
