The Position

Working hand in hand with a highly regarded and respected Sales Director.
In this position, you will manage the A-Z of the listing and sales process alongside the Agent, building and nurturing relationships, managing the process from face to face and behind the scenes.

• On the road, in-person duties inc; warm and cold calls, conducting and managing home opens, attending inspections, meeting with buyers etc
• In office; pre-appriasla kits, dairy management, responding to enquires, follow up apppraislas, reporting etc
• Liaise with a dedicated contract administrator and admin team within the office

About the candidate

A minimum of 1 x years experience within Real Estate; Sales PA/EA/Sales Associate/Buyers Manager is desirable or Contracts Admin with a strong understanding of Sales process and desire to progress into sales

• *This role requires weekend and after-hour work*
• Knowledge of real estate contracts
• Initiative with can-do positive attitude and motivated to succeed
• Ability to multi-task, and manage a varied fast fast-paced workload
