The opportunity
We need you as our NSW Field Sales Manager to support our existing clients and to use your sales skills to foster and develop new opportunities. We have you working across the entire account management and new business sales lifecycle.
Your field sales knowledge, experience, curiosity, and drive will help you achieve great results and enable our clients across the commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors to prosper.
Using your expertise, professionalism, and experience you will:
- Foster and grow relationships and sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Undertake cyclical visits with local and regional clients.
- Contribute to State level forecasting and provide strategic input into new business opportunities and markets.
- Contribute to product improvement based on client sentiment and feedback.
- Assist with social and digital media, marketing, and branding initiatives.

About you
You will need to be genuinely inspired and comfortable working across a diverse industry base. You must be passionate about supporting and growing existing client relationships and creating new opportunities.
We want you to apply if you have:
- Sales and account management experience (inbound and outbound)
- The ability to travel locally and when required, regionally. A driver's license is required.
- Confidence to participate in Rural Field days, Industry Association exhibitions, and events.
- Diligence in applying strategic and tactical sales practices.
- An unwavering focus on being proactive and autonomous.
- Excellent financial, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Absolute commitment to customer service.
