We’re looking for a Service Manager to join our new state-of-the-art commercial laundry facility in Rockhampton and oversee our delivery fleets and customer service.

About the Role

As Service Manager, you will:

Lead and support our delivery drivers to ensure safe, efficient and professional service.

Manage customer relationships, handling enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

Oversee the delivery schedule and fleet, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.

Work collaboratively with the Production Manager and Operations Manager to align service and production goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards.

Salary range from 65k - 75k dependant on experience.

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience in logistics, transport, or service operations (laundry experience is a bonus).

A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage scheduling, fleet maintenance and compliance requirements.

A current driver’s licence (MR/HR preferred but not essential).
