STORE MANAGER

Exciting opportunity for a Store Manager in a Thriving Industrial Paint Shop.

Paint Rite is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Store Manager for our busy Ormeau Industrial Paint Store.

We are a well-established paint shop committed to delivering top notch coating solutions for our customers. With a reputation of excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction, we require a dedicated Store Manager to contribute to our continued success.

As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of our paint shop. Your responsibilities will include:

This role involves regular customer visits, allowing you to build strong relationships and provide hands-on support to meet their needs.

Sales & Growth: Drive revenue and convert leads.

Customer Service: Must have exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem solving.

Operational: Oversee the smooth functioning of the store, implementing and optimising processes to enhance efficiency. Operate point of sales system and prepare invoices and quotes.

Inventory: Responsible for maintaining stock control, oversee daily performance and showroom presentation.

Some heavy lifting is part of the role - up to 25kg

In order to be considered you will have:

A strong customer Service background in a store environment - trade or retail

Experience as a manager or assistant manager.

Exceptional organisational and problem solving abilities.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating the work team.

Must be prepared to do a variety of tasks.
