The Opportunity

My client has seen exceptional growth over the years, operating in a proven, recession-proof industry. This will be a key role as part of their ongoing corporatisation as they look to consolidate for further expansion.

This role will cover a wide remit of responsibilities that encapsulate transactional accounting duties, financial/management reporting and business partnering.

Reporting into the Head of Finance along with a tight-knit team of Management Accountants, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Financial modelling for performance management, budget and reporting
• Financial analysis and management reporting
• Providing commercial insights to drive business performance
• Accounts payable, payroll processing and journal entries
• Tax compliance support inc. BAS, FBT, Income Tax
• Balance sheet reconciliations and cashflow management
• Collaborate with offshore team of bookkeepers

About you

We're seeking a CA/CPA qualified Accountant with 4+ years' experience who's looking to step into a financial business partnering position. You'll be successful in working across a broad role in a dynamic environment and have the ability and aptitude to act as a business partner to various stakeholders. You'll have strong communication skills and thrive in a team environment.
