About the role

The successful applicant will work within a small team preforming safe and efficient Mechanical maintenance of fixed and mobile plant on local mine sites.

Key account-abilities will include:

• Joining the maintenance team to ensure quality maintenance services are provided to plant and equipment in a safe and timely manner.
• Support production and site activities to optimize production and minimize downtime.
• Priorities all planned and unplanned maintenance with a sound customer focus.

Selection criteria

• Mechanical trade qualification and experience.
• Good communication skills
• Fit to preform manual labor
• Current drivers license
• Available to work shift work
• Dog man, EWP, confined space, working at heights and MR truck licenses (Not essential but an advantage
• Prior to employment the successful applicant will be required to pass a medical including drug and alcohol testing and functional assessment.
