Support a top Commercial Property Management team in the inner east, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. Ideal for a commercial admin ready to step up into leasing and inspections with full training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Lease Admin, tenant setup, insurance, and critical dates
• Manage tenant enquiries, provide exceptional customer service and support
• Support Property Management with maintenance requests and email queries
• Assist with invoicing, rent arrears, and manage purchase orders and invoices
• Help with inspections, meeting agendas, casual lease docs, and company events

Key Requirements

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate (desirable but not essential)
• Passion for commercial property and experience in the sector
• Proficient in Yardi and intermediate skills in MS Office
• Confident, articulate, with strong written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and respectful
