SITE SUPERVISOR

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of luxury homes, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. You will manage site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain a safe work environment in line with OH&S practices.
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients.

About You:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably custom / high end
• QBCC License
• Local experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, OH&S practices, and quality standards.
