About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee our pergola and decking projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and liaising with clients to provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate pergola and decking installation teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Just Quality’s high standards
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and council requirements
• Conduct site inspections, problem-solving, and quality control
• Communicate with clients, keeping them informed throughout the installation process
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and suppliers to streamline operations
• Report on project progress and address any issues proactively

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in site supervision, project management, or carpentry, preferably in pergolas and decking
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently
• Great communication skills to liaise with clients, tradespeople, and management
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided) White Card and relevant industry certifications.
