Site Supervisor - Residential Construction (Sydney Southwest)
Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for a rewarding role with a leading Project Home Builder? We are seeking a driven and highly organised professional to oversee multiple residential builds across Sydney's Southwest, managing up to 25 sites simultaneously.
The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality homes on time and within budget. You will be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end construction process across multiple sites
• Ensuring quality control and compliance with building codes and company standards
• Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain efficiency and workflow
• Providing exceptional customer service, acting as the key point of contact for clients throughout the build process
• Utilising company systems and processes to maintain project timelines and cost efficiency
• Enforcing OH&S compliance to ensure a safe working environment for all parties

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Cert III & Cert IV in Building and Construction (or relevant Supervisor qualification)
• Proven experience supervising high-volume residential construction
• Strong knowledge of NSW building codes, regulations, and OH&S practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage trades and liaise with clients
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
