We are looking for an administration super-star with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, and marketing and events coordination experience. This role will support the Director and team with business, project, marketing and recruitment administration tasks.

The fantastic opportunity:

  • Quality control and design of company documentation to ensure they are current and in line with visual branding guidelines
  • Administration support to Director including: email account management, calendar coordination, and Zoom meeting coordination
  • Smooth and timely administration support to the Consulting team including: presentations proof-reading and branding, printing, managing zoom meeting coordination, and coordinating feedback reports
  • Support the recruitment team with formatting candidate CVs and meeting compliance requirements
  • Marketing support including: designing, posting and sending digital marketing, updating and maintaining the Wordpress website, help design branding documents, and coordinate printing requirements.
  • Trade and internal event coordination including: managing registrations, sponsorship, organising online webinars, coordinate documents and logistics
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
  • Help keep CRM database (JobAdder) up to date with accurate data
  • Create agendas, take minutes, and update and distribute actions for team meetings
  • Complete timely reporting and forecasting to share with the team
  • Travel coordination including flights and accommodation booking
  • Identify and implement effective improvements to systems where possible
  • Update relevant Manuals with new and revised processes as required in collaboration with the other staff
  • Be involved in special projects as required

  • $80-90K including Super pro rata + other benefits

To be successful you must:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a business administration role, supporting a team to achieve objectives in a fast paced and varied environment
  • Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of IT systems and tools, and ability to learn new programs quickly. Must be proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience in any of the following tools is a ideal: Canva, Business Dropbox, JobAdder, Husbpot, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Illustrator, Wordpress
  • Experience coordinating and executing marketing activities such as posting social media content, sending email campaigns, and event coordination
  • Ability to work openly and collaboratively with a small team
  • Able to work independently, possessing self-motivation and discipline to organise and manage your own workload according to changing demands
  • Superb attention to detail, organisational skills, high standards, and a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
