The Opportunity

As a Business Support Officer you will be responsible for administrative support to the Information Services (IS) Business Support and Communications Coordinator and the IS Directorate.

The Business Support Officer assists with the processing of IS day to day business operational transactions and requests. Where required this role may support the IS Budget and Planning Support Officer with financial transaction processing.

This role provides a high-quality service and advice that is proactive, solution focussed and customer centric. This officer assists with monitoring and preparation of human, physical resource usage, and management reports.

There is currently one (1) permanent full time position available for immediate filling.
